Lucky for us this week it was a little chilly but the sun was out. MM Fit Camp was full of ladder drills relay races and laps . Thank you guys for showing up and putting in the effort see you guys next time.

The first but not last MM Fit Camp was a huge success. The rain didn't stop these trainees from coming. Make sure nothing stops you from getting to your goals. I appreciate you all for joining me on this journey  and hope more will join us next time!

I have been working for a while now on trying to make a introduction video for all my videos. After a lot of effort and time i have finally come up with one that while not perfect, i love it! And they will only get better from here. Thanks to all the camera men  and women who made this video possible i appreciate you. Also to all the gyms and fitness facilities that allowed me to film and workout at all of your great establishments.

And i am still not fully finished .....

But i am a lot further than i was 5 months ago.
